THEMATIC HEADINGS:
THEMATIC AREAS, OBJECTIVE:
The conference includes four thematic areas:
- Current trends in wellness and spa.
- Diagnostics in wellness. Functional testing of psychomotor and cognitive functions.
- The healing influence of the natural environment. Wellness and natural resources.
- Developing mental health and quality of life. Resilience and well-being.
The aim of the 8th Biennial International Conference "Wellness, Health and Quality of Life" is to bridge the gap between research and applied practice in wellness. An important goal is to facilitate knowledge sharing and practical transformations from an international perspective.
