Update of the report dated 2 April 2020:

Since it is in the Act on Special Rules for education and decision-making in higher education in 2020 and on the assessment of the period of of study for the purposes of other laws, according to which the school will have to comply, we are updating information regarding the implementation of the June 2020 SQF.

SZZK will take place on the scheduled date according to the school schedule. 

If there is it is possible to open the school on 1 June 2020 and to carry out the HSSE in person students, the examinations will take place as outlined in this report below as directed issued by the Rector's College on 25 March 2020, with which you are already familiar. If the school is closed by government order to 1 June 2020, the NCEs will take place remotely. You will be informed about the details of the distance mode of examination. Please, keep an eye out for regular updates to this report.

Dear students,

In the context of the current situation, we would like to provide you with some essential information regarding the state final exams scheduled for June and September 2020.

This Statement and all provisions specified below have been approved by the College The plan as amended is implementable subject to the following conditions, that the Government authorises the opening of the schools on 1 June 2020.

If it is not possible to open the schools by this date by government decree, we will be forced to immediately to issue new updated guidance on the implementation of the NQF.

Based on these assumptions information on the CAP - June in IS Moggis is also updated (in in the State Final Examination folder at the study department). Please pay attention to Read and accept the instructions carefully:

  1. Deadline oral exams June, September Bachelor's of the Bachelor's and Master's programmes remains unchanged for the time being.
  2. Bachelor thesis defences scheduled for June 2 - 5 June 2020 will be moved to the day of the oral exam. The student will prepare a printed and electronic PowerPoint presentation to be presented at defense.   5. Awarding credits for bachelor's/diploma thesis - the process remains unchanged - student must upload the thesis to IS Moggis after credit has been awarded, NOT before. The student sends the completed credit award form (together with the thesis) to the supervisor by e-mail in sufficient time for the supervisor to review and approve the work for submission. The recommended deadline for submission to the supervisor is 31 March 2020. consent is confirmed by his/her signature on the above form, which the supervisor (or student) will deliver to the study department.
  6. Application deadline for the SZZK - remains unchanged until 10 May 2020.
  7. Deadline for fulfilling study obligations - remains unchanged, until 24. 5. 2020.
  8. Deadline for uploading bachelor's/diploma thesis - remains unchanged until 30 April 2020.
  9. Personal delivery of the printed version of the bachelor's/diploma thesis is changed as follows: the student submits only 1 printed version in hardcover hardcover (for the layout, see the Methodological Guide for Writing Research Papers). This version must be signed by the student with the date! The student submits the printed version of the thesis immediately on the day of the date of his/her oral examination before the start of the examination in person at the study department.
  10. Not admitted to the state final exam:
