ERASMUS+ ACTIVITIES
MOBILITY PROJECTS FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS AND STAFF
These mobility projects may include one or more of the following activities:
Student mobility:
Foreign study stay at a partner higher education institution;
Foreign practical internship in the company or other relevant workplace.
Study abroad
In order to ensure high quality mobility and the greatest possible impact on students, mobility must be in line with the student's study programme and respond to their personal development needs. The study abroad placement must be part of the student's degree programme taken as part of a short cycle, first cycle (bachelor or equivalent degree), second cycle (master or equivalent degree) and third or doctoral cycle.
Erasmus+ also supports short-cycle, first-cycle, second-cycle and third-cycle traineeships, up to a maximum of one year after graduation. These traineeships also include 'assistantships' for future teachers.
Internships should be an integral part of the student's programme of study wherever possible. Student mobility can take place in any field/academic discipline.
Staff mobility:
Tutorials: This activity allows teaching staff from higher education institutions or from the corporate sector to teach at a partner higher education institution abroad. Staff mobility can take place in any field/academic discipline.
Training: This activity supports the professional development of teaching and non-teaching staff of higher education institutions in the form of training abroad (except for conferences), shadowing of staff at a relevant workplace/lecture/training course at a partner higher education institution or other relevant organisation abroad.
