Admission procedure regulations
Article 1
Basic provisions
Admission to study at the University of Physical Education and Sport PALESTRA, spol. s r.o. (hereinafter referred to as "VŠTVS") is governed by Sections 48 to 51 of Act No. 111/1998 Coll, On Higher Education Institutions and on Amendments and Supplements to Other Acts (the Higher Education Act), as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), and the Statutes of the VŠTVS (hereinafter referred to as "the Statutes"). The Admission Procedure Regulations of the VŠTVS (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulations") regulate the conditions for admission and the course of the admission procedure at the VŠTVS.
Article 3
Announcement of the admission procedure
- The Rector specifies the conditions for admission to study for the following academic year at the beginning of the preceding academic year. The Rector announces these conditions after prior approval by the Academic Senate of the VŠTVS.
- When the admission procedure is announced, the conditions for admission to study in the bachelor's degree programme, the deadline for submitting applications, the maximum number of students admitted to study in the relevant degree programme, the amount of fees for the acts related to the admission procedure, the date of the admission examination, the form and framework content of the admission examination, the criteria for evaluating the admission examination and the possibility of waiving some parts of the admission examination are published.
