THEMATIC HEADINGS:
The conference includes three main thematic areas:
- Diagnostics and functional testing in wellness.
- A multidimensional approach to quality of life and health promotion.
- Self-assessment and wellness plan. Bio-psycho-social balance.
The aim of the international conference is to help bridge the gap between research and the application of scientific outputs in practice to promote health and quality of life. The overall purpose is to facilitate knowledge sharing and practical transformation from an international perspective.

The conference programme includes the following components:
- Keynote speakers – oral presentations (20 min + 5 min discussion)
- Contributions in sections – oral presentations (10 min + 5 min discussion)
- Entries in the Poster section (Poster format: A0 841 x 1189 mm or A1 594 x 841mm)
