Applicants who wish to benefit from support for students with specific needs should contact the following after submitting their application to study Counseling Center.

 

Required admission documents until 17 July 2026
  • officially certified a copy of the diploma and diploma supplement or school leaving certificate
  • For the SKS programme certificate from a doctor* - form
  • The certificate may also be issued by a physiotherapist abroad - in this case it must be accompanied by an officially certified translation into Czech (not valid for documents in Slovak). The opinion must include a clinical examination including a resting ECG and a statement on medical fitness for practical sports training. The report must be issued in the calendar year in which the applicant starts his/her studies.
  • For VPSD programme GP's certificate - form
  • The opinion may also be issued by a medical practitioner abroad - in this case it must be accompanied by an officially certified translation into Czech (not valid for documents in Slovak). The opinion must contain an unequivocal statement on the medical fitness to study the chosen study programme. The certificate must be issued in the calendar year in which the applicant starts his/her studies. 
  • affidavit that the applicant is not and has not been prosecuted -form

Admission fee 

The admission procedure is initiated with the applicant after the submission of the application form. In order for an application to be fully registered, payment of the following is required the application fee of CZK 850. The fee shall be deemed to be paid at the time of its registration in the Moggis information system.

Application fee for recognition of 5 or more courses: 3 000 CZK.

The application cannot be processed without payment of the fee.

Results of the admission procedure 

Within 30 days of payment of the application fee, the applicant will receive a Study Agreement and Cover Letter (electronically via the Moggis information system - in your personal file).

Applicants who meet the conditions of the admission procedure will be issued a Decision on Admission to Study within 30 days and will be entitled to enrol in the study.

To you can log in to the Moggis information system as follows:

  • username - ID (nine-digit number assigned by the system after the application is submitted) 
  • password - birth number including slash.
