His activity combines sport and coaching experience with experience from managerial positions in Czech and international companies.

His job is to improve the environment in sports projects and clubs. He is currently the co-author and project manager of the Kaufland Hockey Talent School project, which improves the environment for coaches, club managers, parents and young athletes. He also assists floorball clubs in organizational, financial and project activities.

He gained his knowledge as a manager in international companies such as Multisport and Sodexo. He gained his sporting reputation through his many years of coaching experience in the top floorball league. He is currently the coach of the Austrian men's national team.
