JUDr. Michal Frabša is a Czech lawyer dealing with sports issues and organizing national and international sporting events including World and European Championships, between 1995 and 2010 a member of the Executive Committee of the Czech Full-Contact (kickboxing) Association, former and current member of a number of committees (Arbitration Board, Disciplinary Committee, Review Committee, Organizing Committee) of national and international sports bodies of Olympic and non-Olympic sports. 

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University, where he received his Doctor of Law degree in 1989. Among sports, he was mainly involved in kickboxing, which he co-founded in the Czech Republic in 1992, and for many years he was also active in international contact sports structures.  

Externally, he teaches at universities of sports and has also published books on sports topics, e.g. the publication of the book "They were at it", preparation of the first edition of the national sports rules for kickboxing, co-authorship of the Encyclopedia of martial arts and sports, Legal and organizational minimum for athletes, etc.
