Professional and occupational profile
She worked as a physiotherapist not only at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences and at the Neurological Clinic of the University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences, but also at the private rehabilitation facility RaF s.r.o. (rehabilitation and physiatry). She also completed a foreign internship in a medical facility - (Ennepetal Germany).
Since 2003, he has been working at ATVS Palestra as a teacher of vocational subjects in both full-time and combined form, and since the establishment of VŠTVS Palestra in 2004 also here, as a teacher of vocational subjects, lifelong learning and retraining courses. He has been collaborating on grant assignments and research projects for a long time and also serves as the Secretary of the Department of Biomedical Subjects.
In 2012-2014 she also worked as a physiotherapist and activation worker at the Hospital in Měšice. From 2014 to the present she has been teaching professional subjects at the Faculty of Education of Charles University. Since 2018, she has also been teaching at the 3rd Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in the field of physiotherapy.Academic Development
In 1997 she completed her bachelor's degree and then in 2000 her master's degree at FTVS UK.
She also completed a postgraduate specialisation study - Therapeutic Physical Education (National Centre for Nursing and Non-Medical Health Professions in Brno), which she completed in 2004.
In 2012, she received her Ph.D. degree, having successfully completed the Pedagogy, Andragogy study programme at UJAK.
As part of her professional development, she has also attended many special courses for physiotherapists, such as courses on mobilisation techniques and a set of courses organised by the Department of Paediatric and Adolescent Medicine at the University Hospital in Prague, or, for example, the Red Point medical course for physiotherapists Neurac I.
Significant activities
She regularly speaks at scientific conferences and other professional events and is also the author or co-author of several scientific publications.
Until November 2019, she was the Chair of the Academic Senate of VŠTVS Palestra and is also the Editor-in-Chief of the student magazine Palestra.PUBLISHING ACTIVITY
