Mgr. Hana Bubníková graduated from Masaryk University in Brno, Faculty of Education and Faculty of Sports Studies, majoring in biology and physical education.

After graduation, she worked at the Faculty of Sports Studies as an assistant professor in fitness, conditioning and other related subjects.

She started her doctoral studies at Masaryk University.

Outside of MU she actively worked in the field of fitness - lecturer and trainer (spinning, H.E.A.T., all kinds of aerobics, dance lessons - Zumba, fitness classes as the first lecturer using TRX and Bosu. Body and mind trainer - pilates, yoga, core and balance tools etc.).

She assisted sports clubs and associations as a lecturer and trainer. One of the first clubs where she worked was Baník Ostrava, Zbrojovka Brno, Kometa Brno.

Above all, she is connected with the Ice Hockey Association, where she lectured and was a fitness coach (not only) of the national team - e.g. the A team men hockey, the A team 20 juniors hockey, the A team women hockey and youth, but also in other hockey, football clubs for adults and youth. In addition, she has worked in basketball, volleyball, tennis, modern gymnastics, as well as in motorcycle sports (MOTO 3 and motocross) and archery.

She also participated in the training of trainers for both B and A licenses.

She completed the Redcord physiotherapy course, Pavel Kolář's DNS and the Neurac - Redcord physiotherapy course - a physiotherapy treatment programme.

He combines all the knowledge with exercise physiology and passes it on to students and coaches. With other experts, she has written publications that cover core training, balance equipment and other topics related to fitness.
