Mgr. Markéta Vochoska Haindlová, LL.M. is the founder of the Law Office of Markéta Haindlová. After studying at the Faculty of Law of Charles University (2009) and subsequently completing the LL.M. program at the University of Zurich (2010), she has been practicing law since 2013.
In 2010, she was elected chairwoman of the Appeals and Review Committee of the Czech-Moravian Football Association (now the Football Association of the Czech Republic), a position she held until 2013. At the same time, she co-founded the Czech Football Players' Association in 2011, of which she has been chairwoman since 2013, and was at the birth of the Czech Hockey Players' Association, which has been protecting players' rights since 2013.
Markéta has also served as a member of the Executive Committee of WAIPU, the international association of hockey unions, and as Chair of the Legal Committee of the European Federation of Small-Sided Football. The publications European Sports Law and Policy Bulletin and International and Comparative Sport Justice recommend Markéta Vochoska Haindlova as a specialist in sports law in the Czech Republic.
Markéta is an external lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, where she teaches Sport Law.
