Professional and occupational profile
He has been working at the Palestra since the beginning of 1991, when he started teaching in the Sports Massage courses. Since 1992 he has worked at ATVS PALESTRA as head of the retraining department, in 2006 he moved to VŠTVS PALESTRA as head of the lifelong learning department, manager of grant programs and secretary to the executive director. He is responsible for preparing the accreditation of some new study programmes, is Palestra's representative in international organisations and a member of the Permanent Advisory Council of the Ministry of the Interior for the protection of soft targets.
Academic Development
He is a graduate of several training programs at Palestra.
He holds a Master's degree from UJAK in Prague.
He is currently studying a PhD programme at the Faculty of Science at MUNI in Brno.
Significant activities
Since 1995 he has been cooperating with the Prague International Marathon company in organizing running events, in recent years as a race coordinator of the RUNCZECH running league. Since the London 2012 Olympic Games, he has been coordinating volunteers for the Czech Olympic Committee in the Olympic Parks and Olympic Festivals projects. He was a member of the 2015 Ice Hockey World Championship Organizing Committee in the Czech Republic as Director of Volunteers.
