He graduated in general medicine, dentistry, MBA, subsequently defended his Ph.D., was habilitated at Masaryk University in Brno and appointed professor at Charles University in Prague. He deals mainly with clinical anatomy, gnatology, critical thinking and microscopic dentistry. He is the author or co-author of more than 200 publications (IF > 160), which have been cited more than 1290 times (H-index 21) according to Web of Science.
