habilitated at CTU in 2016 in the field of Technology and Management of Transport and Telecommunications.

In his professional activities he focuses on general economics, transport economics, transport and environmental relations and transport history. Within the framework of his expert activities he cooperates with the public and private sector, e.g. with ČESMAD Bohemia, ROPID, MDČR, etc. He has been a researcher and co-investigator of a number of projects with international participation. He has published in professional journals in the above-mentioned areas of research and is the author of several monographs.

He currently works at the University of Economics and Management and the University of Logistics.
