He graduated from the Faculty of Education of Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem, in the field of Physical Education - Civic Education. He completed further education in the field of social sciences at the Faculty of Education of Masaryk University in Brno in the field of extension studies in social sciences. He received his professional education in the field of certified nutritional therapist at the Higher Vocational School of Health on May 5. He is a graduate of doctoral studies in human physiology and pathophysiology with a focus on human nutrition. He works as an educator at the Palestra College of Physical Education and Sports, as well as at its sister academy, Palestra Academy of Physical Education and Sports. He is the head of the practice center and manager of sport events. His professional expertise is mainly in two areas- wellness and nutrition. He has published articles mainly in the field of sports nutrition and its impact on human health and performance.
