Pavel Landa is currently working as a project manager at the Czech Ice Hockey Association, where he manages the development project Pojď hrát hokej (Come Play Hockey), which aims to bring children back to ice hockey, increase the interest of children and parents in playing ice hockey and remove existing prejudices and barriers against ice hockey in the Czech Republic.
Pavel Landa started his cooperation with ice hockey during the preparation of the successful Ice Hockey World Championship, which took place in Prague and Ostrava in May 2015. He held the position of Marketing Director within the Organising Committee.
Before working in ice hockey, he worked for Czech Floorball, where he held the position of Head of the Marketing and Media Department and participated in many sporting events and projects, such as the 2013 Women's World Championship, the 2012-2014 Floorball Superfinals and the 2013 and 2014 National Cup Finals.
In addition to the aforementioned positions, he has also worked as a Sponsorship Manager at the Fortuna betting agency or as a marketing specialist for the Bohemians 1905 football club.
Pavel Landa studied Management of Physical Education and Sport at the Charles University in Prague, where he continued his master's studies with a three-year PhD and PhDr. In his spare time, he is actively involved in tennis, where he has also worked as a coach in the past, and is a big fan of the Bohemians 1905 football club, where he is also a member of the Fan Team.
